Failed scan to Folder A3245C

I already install all PC to scan to this machine and it done but after week ago customer call can't scan for all PC..i check everytihing
but no changes a setting.please give some idea..TQ

What is the operating system of the computers you're trying to scan to? Are the computers connected to a domain or just a peer-to-peer network? Are you using a valid user name and password to access the folders?

Window XP and used domain to connected.What mean of valid user name?

In a domain environment, you have to provide a user name and password with network access to reach share folders. Also, the credentials have to have rights to the shares you are trying to reach.

Solve already...it about credentials to browse the sharing folder...tq to all..
