Web browser issue

A customer of mine has complaines that when they try to make a change to a device using the web browser, they get device "in use by other applikcation please try later", the only way they seem to be able to get rif of this is to cylcel the machine off/on. The machines are in a bust enviroment, is it just a case of waiting for them to be quiet after hours maybe to do the adjustemts. The machines in quesion are MPc5000

Yep, if the machine is in use, no changes can be made.

If your customer needs to just edit the address book, Smart Device Monitor for Admin may be a better choice since all of the address book changes are made offline. That way they can make all of the changes they need to and then apply them at once when the machine is quiet, with the added benefit of getting real-time status on the box.
