Ricoh mpc 3300 / passwords

Does anyone know how to back door or reset the admin and supervisor passwords. I have this used mcp that has been locked out by some IT dept. I dont want to have to do a nvram reset. Any suggestions?

It will not be a nvram reset, but it will be a nvram replacement, LOL

default supervisor username is supervisor with a blank password, if not changed by IT this will allow you to change administrator.

It seems to me that 'BFtech' is familiar with the whole "supervisor" login process if needed and if that doesn't work, we've unfortunately reached NVRam replacement time as previously suggested

YW. I assume you know this, but just in case you dont...
you cant do a 5824/5825 as it xfers the pw so print out the nondefault settings(5990-006) and enter manually.
