Savin 9021d jams when printing

went to this customer, just bought off internet

copies fine, can print internal sheet fine. but when sending a print job pages comes 3/4 out of machine and jams

all functions are exiting at same location

tried differant drivers customer using XP, 7 and server 2003

firmware???

Pull out all the paper trays and send the print job to see what size of paper the machine asks for. The green dial on the front of the tray must match the paper in it by size and direction. If the machine has print jobs designated to come out of a certain tray and copy jobs another cassette then it will only jam on one function. If the paper is mismatched it will jam coming out of the exit.

i went back

missed that prints were to go to job seperator tray and job seperator wasn't plugged in properly in back of machine.
