I have a customer with this box and wants me to replace drums and dv units, is there an initialization thats done when replacing all the units at the same time? she has a small shadow line from front to rear only on yellow but the units havent been replaced in over 65k and she seems to think they should be...any help would be appreciated

Yes. In SP modes, at the end of the 500 group(don't remember off the the top of my head), is the setting: manual new unit set. Do this before changing, change for each drum and dv, to enable., power off, replace all units, then power on and wait while the machine goes through the process.

Attached is the PM procedure for this model, other components replaced will require you to reset the PM counter in SP7
