I have an Aficio 1027 that comes with fax, printer and scanner. The copier can print but cannot scan. It will show error 12320 : "cannot find scanner. Check if the scanner main power is on." Installed paperPort and twain driver. If press scanner button on the copier it will show connecting with pc.Already tried to off window firewall but still cant scan. Hope fellow forumers here can shed some light on this issue. Thank you.

what connection you are using? usb or through LAN. This machine uses network twain.Nobody is perfect.. -

Open port 1022 in windows firewall.Why do they call it common sense?

The copier is running on LAN. Under service settings already put 1022 on external and internal port with TCP checked.Put ip of pc hosting the network under IP address box but still cant scan.. Customer is having a complicated network with two gateway ( router ). Customer pc ip is 10.0.2.43 and gateway is 10.0.02.1. The ip we put in the copier is 10.0.1.55 and gateway is 10.0.1.1. I cant ping if i use ip 10.0.02.55.Comment
