Hate ask this but here goes

When you print out a meter reading sheet from a Ricoh copier it can give a Fax to number

How do you add that number?

And can you make the meter reading sheet print out automaticly?

SP mode SP58XX. Listed as service telephone #. It will give you several options including programming the Fax #. Don't know about an automatic printing of the meter sheet. Is it too difficult for the customer to press user tools>counter>start?

      5812* Service Tel. No. Setting
      001 Service
      002 Facsimile
      003 Supply
      004 Operation

You can't have it print automatically. The @Remote service can collect this info automatically and a user can utilize the web interface to see these meters from the desktop. I suppose you could take a screenshot of the meter page using the WIM and save/forward to someone else if the device isn't nearby and they don't want to walk to it.
You could also use SmartDeviceMonitor to accomplish this, which may be the best choice in a larger environment.

Why not use @Remote? You'll get the meter reads and much more.

Of course, if the machine is too old, then please ignore my previous statement.
