remove the fuses and check for continuity. next, there is no schematic available so send it off for repair

24Volt no. only? What is the output voltages? What voltages have the Power supply?.

I haven't repaired a board to component level since I got out of repairing domestic goods some seven years ago, even then it was dependent on whether the component was an easily obtainable standard part (transistor, capacitor) or a proprietary IC (which often was only repairable if you had a differently faulty PCB to cannibalise the part from) on whether a board was repairable or not.

Then I was working off a schematic and I often had access to working units as a basis of comparison.

Repairing something like this "blind" is personally way beyond my skill level, I've known people in the past who could do it.
