well i have machine aficio 1027 it worked well but today paper coming out late after 5 minutes when printing it's taking order and yellow indicator lit but no avail

the problem is machine while printing it's take 5 muintes to come out not come out fast as normal

sounds like a spooling problem, adjust the driver?

yea it's making printing sound but no vail . how i adjusted driver

Restart the client PC and try to print again.If same problem, reinstall the printer driver and check it again.If printing is still slow, use another printer driver(If the client is using PCL6, use RPCS).

How do I check for possible causes(s) of slow printing?
If you are trying to cancel a print job after you have submitted it for printing:

1. It can take up to five minutes to cancel a print job after it has been submitted.
2. It may take longer if the document is large or contains complex graphics or fonts.

If you are trying to print large, complex documents:

1. It will take longer for the printer to receive and print large or complex documents.
2. Consider splitting the print job into smaller batches if you need to finish your print job quickly.

If you are trying to print multiple copies with collation: Turn off or untick Collate/Collation if you have selected it within your application software. View the Printer Driver from within your application. Turn on Collate (B) from the Setup tab of your Printer Driver.

If you are trying to print images from some applications:

1. View the Printer Driver from within your application.
2. Go to the Print Quality tab of your Printer Driver.
3. Find the pull-down menu labelled Graphics Mode and change the current setting to Raster.
4. Note that watermarks may not print correctly in Raster mode - change back to Vector (PCL6 Driver) or HP-GL/2 (PCL5e Driver) if you want to print watermarks.
