    pixelated images ricoh mpc3500

    Hi, I have a problem with a ricoh mpc3500, I have two machines ricoh mpc 3500, send a pdf file with the same driver to the two printers, one goes well, and the other goes all pixilated image, around the contour images pixels are square and the text background, none of the two machines is postscript and the resolution is the same .... firmware that fails is more current than that works well, are more than one printer that I do this, any ideas? some settings?, thanks!

    Check your memory DIMMs: one of them is probably failing.

      thanks for your answer, swap the memory and remains, in this picture is not very noticeable, I see that happening more in pdf are in principle original scans converted to pdf, and also outlines pixel text and backgrounds, I see it is as if the scan printed image across the scanned but not noticeable in the pdf of the computer ... = S

        solve it by resetting the print function in the 5801 sp ... is not the best but served this time, thanks!
