    Ricoh printer/scanner card

    Hi, I have some issues with regards to scanning issues. I tried to press the scanner button on mpc 2500 but couldnt load the features on the operation panel. My counter measure was to change the printer scanner sd card and it works just fine. The problem is now I have changed the sd card for the third time on the same machine. Anybody has any solution as to how to prevent this problem from happening again? I can't be changing the sd card all the time. Thanks

      Replace the controller.

          look at the logging data, if 990 scs then definitely update firmware

              Did you get any SC codes? If so what was it? I've seen failed HDD caused issues with options (if those options stored on HDD). Might be a controller too.
