2051 jam code 01 (at power on)

I've got a 2051 that the SMC shows 53 jams at power on and no other area. It seems years ago the B003 had a problem with the front door safety switches that caused this, but I'm not sure. Has anyone run into this on this model?

if it has a bridge unit the door switches are intermittent i think the number aw500023 x2

This machine has no bridge unit as an option. I think I've got it figured out, though. It appears that a no feed condition from the #1 feed unit is causing the problem.

Replacing the 3 one-ways for the offending feed port will usually fix that. However, speaking of bridge switches, we have had an increasing number of machine where the switch for the lower transport door (sliding contact type, even looks like the bridge switch) has gone intermittent, increasing the pressure will solve for a while but its best to just replace it. Easy job.
