Hi I havearicoh1060jamswhen printingof thefirstrollerby-passregistrazione.inveok.hocleaned allthe sensors, rollers, sameproblema.lamachine hangsat the sameplace.


salve ho una ricoh 1060 quando stampo si inceppa prima del rullo di registrazione.inve dal by-pass ok.ho pulito tutti i sensori, rulli, stesso problema.la macchina si blocca allo stesso posto.

check registration clutch working good and try all trays if all tray misfeed revealed change registration clutch and clean ruller sensor. if chasis is skew.paper left un stright may cause misfeed

I had the same issue and replace the registration clutch witch is not really the registration clutch but no luck. Actually the registration uses a stepper motor and a couple of gears and a little belt (check the if the belt its tight enough)
Check a Check this gear on the photo, its the one in the middle its totally worn out This was actually the problem, its located on the left side of the registration motor and actually controls the feed transport roller before the registration roller

I'm going to have to say Paper Feed Unit - either the rollers, or one-way bearings in all the drive gears. In some cases cleaning the one-ways will be fine, but best to replace them. Had several machines to do this and in one case had to pull an entire PFU out of a graveyard machine.
