With this unit I am trying to set up user codes and thought I was successful until customer told me they can still print with or with out codes . I guess I must have missed some thing . What do I have to do to make this unit print only if a code is entered ?

I'm pretty sure the authentication for printer is not set properly.
(Machine Setting)
Go to User Tools--Administrator Tools--User Authentication Management--Next(until you find the functions to restrict to printer ---then highlight the Full Colour/Black and White
(User Setting)
User Tools---System Settings---Administrator Tools---Address book Management---then select the User Name---Autho Info---Next (until you find the Printer)--then highlight Black/White/Color (depends on your choice)
