    This might be of some help, Goose's Guide is a compilation of reported problems and fixes from Ricoh Tech Support. You can filter by product ID by selecting the drop down arrow next to 'product family' in the first column, unselect 'all' and select the particular model you want to check. It's updated every month or two, this one is from late November (haven't seen anything newer yet).

            All you need is friends in the "Biz",I am an independent and have been for 22 years,so to answer that question,YES you can get updates to all machines,you have to build your contacts up.

                    For some reason, my filter hasn't been working on this latest GG.. all the rest worked fine.. am I the only one having this problem. I have to page down to the family I want.. takes a little while to get all the way down to the D's

                        Thank you Jomama46 and everyone else for the words of advice. I will develop a contact for future help if needed. I have heard the rumor for years about Savin and Lanier going away but you never know. I still think it is great that they have the Savin name in the family, it was originally an American company that manufactured copiers, but their liquid toner technology was replaced by dry toner so they decided to be aquired by Ricoh. Same great company in many ways.
