ricoh 3045 jam wont clear.

I have a ricoh 3045 thats saying to clear a jam in the lower right door, in the fuser.

There is no jam and i took the whole assemblys out and checked them over real carefully.
everything is clean but the machine is still telling me that the jam isnt cleared!!!
i cleaned some of the sensors to, and the fuser isnt warming up.

also.. i took the back cover off the machine and i saw 2 loose wires, male and female connectors not compatible with each other, can this be part of the problem?

detect that no papers stacking up in exit unit........ did machine give yo open door signal!!!!!!!!

Look in the jam history to see which sensor is registering the jam. Then do a sensor check on that sensor.

Can you take a picture of the ops panel with the jam code and another picture of the back cover off and these loose wires? Might give us a better idea of what's going on.

Check your door switches.

Double check vertical jam right where main side door hidges (below transfer belt area)

or possibly torn paper right out of cassette paper feed guides

I've seen the door switches cause this problem repalce all of them left front an right ones by the fuser.
