mp2550 intermitantly jamming at machine exit to bridge unit entrance you could run 250 duplex copies with no problems then bang it will jam then run and run and run or as the custpmer say it will jam after jam after jam, firmware is the latest, paper side size sensor ok PCU, fuser rollers and strippers all just changed, interchange unit, duplex unit, bridge unit all been stripped cleaned and lubricated customer only does duplex copies on this machine (very little simplex) any ideas out there

Hello. I'm having the same problem now. Between the fusing unit and the exit of the interchange unit the leading front edge of the paper sometimes gets a curl when bizzy with duplex and sometimes even jams... -
