Hi all,
We have an issue with a customers machine when printing and copying.Intermittently some of the pages are printed with the image about 2cm off to the side(feed direction),it will be fine for days then do it several times in a job, meaning that the customer has to check all the jobs.It doesn't call a jam and is fine otherwise, finishes and staples/punches ok,the image isn't compressed or stretched, so I don't think it is a mechanical issue.
The machine recently blew its scanner drive board which has been replaced, don't know if that could be relevant, all the firmware has been updated with newest versions, have tried a new NVRAM,anybody have any ideas before we start ordering expensive boards?
Thanks for any help.
