    Lanier LP020c

Customer called me out saying that this Lanier LP020c was telling them toreset PCU correctly. Does this mean to simply just reset it in place as it is implying or does it say this because the PCU needs to be replaced? Is there a reset code for this problem if that is all it is needing? Any help appreciated, thank you.

It just means a connection isnt being made. Either it is not sitting correctly or there is toner or something else blocking the connection. Take it out, look behind it, vac as necessary and reset the unit.
