    data lost in ricoh c3245....

Hello! I have a problem with a 3245c, the machine was running on the client until yesterday ... the problem comes when they want to print heavy files , the data start to be generated on the PC, but if the file weighs 160MB generated only generated 158mb, the printer turns on a light green, but then the file disappears from the queue printing and the printer is listed as if nothing had happened, without leaving the impression, lighter sending files (30 mb already generated) but prints takes , nose if I did understand, this happens from a pdf or from the adobe illustrator, try from the PC and from a laptop connected directly to the computer via USB but it did not work

forgive the translation! aluna idea? I aim to hdd ...

It sounds like user codes are on the machine to track or limit colour printing. Check the web page for the machine and see if the printer history shows any unauthorised jobs.

I think the problem is in the waiting time the printer is there any way to disable it?

Like Rthonpm says : check if color is restricted. If that's the case the machine will delete every color print job no matter how big or small. 160mb is a pretty big file, so it's normal that this takes a while. You can also try to use the "Print as image" option in the Adobe printer dialog.
