my problem in aficio 1045 i unpluged dublex unit from machine it read it. on touch screen 2side -2side .....how .. this make no sense. any ideas please....

The 1045 and it's bretherin come with duplex as standard, there's no need for a firmware detection method. Don't worry about it, it'll do the machine no harm.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
