Ah! So they fixed this problem on the c6502 by adding a vacuum to suck out this toner and dump it into the TCB? that explains why the charge rollers last longer but the TCB fills up every 20k pages.
I did not know about the sp3501 and 3531, I will try that on my next one.
Bring your vacuum and some snacks on these, I just did a three hour call on one of these today.
