Ricoh MP C4500 ????

Ricoh MP C4500 moved recently ...not buy us. was working but now is not.
No error codes..was low on toner but not out. Changed out all but one toner Cyan it has 2 bars.
I would lean toward toner pump but for this
Will toggle between copy and print but you cant check print job status
Scan button will not do any thing Fax button will go to fax screen but just says wait.
when I went to pull up any error codes nothing would happen. c107stop pulls up service mode but you can't press copy or print (just beeps)
Need a little help guys.

Calibrate the touch screen first and then try again.
I'm not sure but maybe the touch screen is broken.

I would try reseating the memory dimms. Sounds like something was knocked loose during the move.

Make sure SD cards are seated completely, the move might have jarred one loose.

Check the files on the print Doc server are not loaded up. I've had near new MP6001 beep randomly on any key presses, when the print and doc servers are maxed out.

The system won't allow the user to press Copy key, Print key, Scan key, etc. I've had to try several times just to enter SP mode. You my like to try and clean the server files and print cues and do a complete system reset. Backup the address book first if, possible.

Ended up reformating the Hard drive...
