Aficio 2018d TWAIN Scanning Works on Windows7 64bit :)

I usually don't install aficio machine on computers with Windows7 64bit OS for scanning purposes because I know Ricoh did not release TWAIN Drivers for Windows7 64bit on their site. I just tried to install the TWAIN Driver for 32bit and use Softi Scanwiz for scanning, and i works on 64bit OS the machine i use is Aficio 2018d.

While that's great news, (keeping in mind that the 2018 is quite old), I wouldn't count on this trick working for other models - it might not.

Also, I would not even remotely mention to a customer that this approach "should" work; if it doesn't, you're the one left holding the proverbial bag.

No support on that one - been there, no fun.
