    Hi Guys,
    Just a general question have a customer that over long runs the cq goes greyish.
    Last couple of months i have replaced dev motor and cleaned out recycling tubes.
    Question is has anyones experienced this?
    Im going to play with the sp mode and increase the toner on time has anyone done this.

    Dude,check the toner canister that tube runs down to from toner pump if its got toner in there good, check if the toner hopper is full of toner if not then check in output mode if toner pump motor turns on and watch it, if no go change the pump motor, if motor is turning then the pump itself may be stuffed.hope this help mate

      Thanks mate toner in hopper is all fine the problem im having is the customer does around 80,000 prints a day and on these runs it goes a little greyish but then comes back to black.(Machine is in a print shop so hes a little fussy) change the id patch to be done every 5 copies instead of 10 and changed the process control conditions so far so good.
