[Jamming] SR861 A3 fold problem

Hello!
I have a problem with folding in a SR861 on a gestetner2090. When the A3 is positioning of foldning i crashes beneth the exit gate with 90g paper and 1-3 page of 100g. But it works when you use more then 3 pages of 100g. Of course i more stedy with 100g and more pages then 3. But it should work with even 1 page of 90g. The gate opens and works as it should. what is wrong.

Thanks for the suggestion.
We have bin there today and this is what we found out so far.
1st problem this time a4 folder doubel stapel, solution the weel that push down the paper on the stapeltray was bent outwards so the papers got sometimes push aside becuse the weel hitting the paper in an angel.
2nd problem A3 when you will fold a singel page the paper is bent just as it is going for exit. when it bends it hits the side fence and the hook is still going up. and in this case the foldknife gets triggd when the hook retches its home position and fold the paper where it is.

Everthing is for now working exept the 2nd problem and not often but with fold 2pages A3.

And mylars yes we acually took one away the small one between the folder rollers. It sometime just got in the way and we didn't find out what it really was doing there and i couldn't find it in the service manual.

If someone have suggetions about singel A3 fold, pleaes let me know and I will go and checkout the other mylar when I have some sparetime over.
