Ricoh mp2000 scanner network

Greetings all, I have this problem on a Ricoh MP2000 NETWORK SCANNER, have changed the server ,and the copier does not see me over the network, requiring the copier tells me BROWSE NETWORK PATH OR destination unreachable, says the SCANNER UPDATE FAILED RECIPIENT LIST , to consider that the WORKING GROUP iS ACCURATE aND IP ADDRESS is the folder is not locked, to consider that the server before the change everything worked perfectly, I would be grateful if someone could help me thanks

What OS is it, and what was it before? How are you trying to connect the scanner? with Scanrouter? or SMB? Please provide a few more details

client = xp professional

SCANNER UPDATE FAILED RECIPIENT LIST

IS a ScanRouter error. Turn off "Delivery Option"

Ensure that the smb username and password are registered as administrative user on the new server.

Ensure that the IP address of the server and copier are in the same range.

Ensure that the new name of the server is the same as the one in the smb path (\\name of server\scans)
