ricoh 2027 hdd problem

hi,

I had ricoh af2027 and facing problem with hdd. I disconnect the hdd and the machine works. however, I can't print or fax (only copy). The computer can ping the IP address but can't install the printer driver (cannot detect while installation). I tried to changed with new hdd and the machine works (took from other machine) but facing with the same problem. Can I use any hdd (same size) to replace the old one?

YES YOU CAN. After installing the new one you hava to format it (3 times), then all will work.
