    Toner magenta problem on Ricoh Mp c2000

    Hi everybody

    I have problem with loading toner for colour magenta. i replaced developer magenta but
    machine still have problem with loading.
    Then I adjusted the TD initial setting, the machine initial the TD & loading toner ok
    but it was intermitant. The next day problem occur again
    How To solve this problem. Does i need to replace the TD sensor?

    Help Pls

      you should check the toner pump and the tube.
      Nobody is perfect..

              Yes it will be the pump replace it and all will be good
