c 410 dont print color?

i have problem with c410 when conected to pc the pc found it c411 it conected black is very good
but when printing color not print the messeg at print for second waiting and appear messege resting job and make ready dont print please help me

It sounds like you have user Codes enabled on the printer. They can be configured to allow B&W prints, but not color.

The job gets to the printer, the printer checks to see if a matching code is sent with the job, and if there is no match, the jobs gets deleted.

This turns out to be the issue 90+% of the time.

Check the user manual - it explains how to use User Codes.

Maybe your file size is too large. I noticed in the system settings there is a report for memory overflow BTW, 53 views and no answers might mean we don't know the f&cking answer. Do you respond to a thread if you have no helpful info?
