    [Error Code] SC544 on DSM616

    Help me.
    I have one machines (nashuatec dsm 616) give often sc 544 error.
    Thermistors and the power board have been replaced.
    sc544 error control circuit Thermistor Central.
    Give me one solution....thanks.

    Replace the hot roll with and OEM

      Thank you for your swift response Jomama 46.
      I completely replaced the fuser unit, and sporadically continues to sc544.
      I now have another dsm616 with sc544 ... :-(

        Fuser plus power board, eh? You are left with line noise, get a quality filter. (not a power strip. This is an overheat error and the SSR is on the power board.

            Installing a new dsm616 the problem is not found.
            The old dsm 616 continues to sc 544 error.
            New fuser and new power supply in the old multifunction, continued sc544 approximately every two days...
            ???
