    [Error Code] MPC4500 SC581 Help

    Hi all im having problems with an mpc4500 with sc581 we have changed the ih board, ih coil, the power supply board the fusing unit, latest firmware and its back in again today with sc581! any one got any idears because its driving me mad now. Have spoken to ricoh they said to change ih board then power supply done that and it lasts a day then sc581 again!!

      HELP

      Check the fuser cooling fan.. it will still be running but the blades can break off the hub so the motor runs but the fan isn't turning. I believe we have had 2 of these do this.
