Replaced them too many times.
In my opinion the customer has to remove misfed paper and damages the upper gate. It's hard to get the jammed paper. It's only a small piece of plastic that is gone. The uppergate won't stay in position and causes more paperjams.
Let's call it 'poor design'. Replace both gates in 25 min. (after practice
)

I know this is a old dead thread but any tips on changing the gate i tried to pull one out of a parts sorter and busted one of the spring retainers off the end.
so now I need to buy 2 of them. Id rather not make it 8 or 9 more i have to buy lol
