COLOR COVERAGE

Hi, Guys. I am trying to figure out an average percentage of total color coverage that a customer is running month by month, like 10% or 40% or whatever. I am sure the info is on the SMC. My questions are, how do I do this, and how is the number of sp 8999-14 arrived at? Seems an awfully high number to be a percentage. Machine is a B222.

The boss was looking for this info to adjust maintenance contract costs when toner is included. I think he's got it figured out.
