I have a customer who's spc420 is recording jam 03. The paper is always stopping in the relay rollers and doesn't reach the reg sensor. I have fitted feed roll, Sep pad, feed clutch and relay clutch but problem still persists. Scratching head now ! Anybody help ?

I hate to ask but does it jam when you run it through the bypass tray? Jam 003 is a no feed jam. Is the printer try to pull paper out of the tray ?Comment
