Speck on glass slit, or possibly dirt on mirrors.

First if the line occurs both on the doc feed and the platen glass your issue is dirty mirrors, if the line only occurs using 1 or the other of those then its on the glass itself. Dust or dirt can come out what ever color the machine thinks its seeing. If its only when scanning or copying its likely something on the glass or mirrors it will also only print the line within the printed area and not in the erase margin, lines caused by drums/charge rollers etc will run all the way across the page even through the erase margins.

Its a problem in the scanner i think ots doesnt happen on every scan the print is good and both glass and adf same thing doesnt look loke a straight line more like an yellowish exposure lamp bottom of the image

Listen to Jomama46. CCD will cause this exact issue. ADF and glass, same problem.
