DSC460 - problem firmware

Hello,

I have a problem with a DSC 460. When updating firmware,(when the screen become black) seemed to block the process.So we restart the copier, but the screen stays black.

The control panel seems not to respond.
I try the C-jaune.143.C-red. No response.
I try to change the switch SW1 on GW. No answer.

Have you any idea?

What the heck does that mean?

Have you tried removing the firmware card and starting the machine?
