hello guys can i ask some help? i have a machine ricoh ft 4527 i need to deactivate the sorter and not used it anymore, so i removed the sorter and on the machine but when the machine started to warm up theres an error appear on the machine code C5 it said to the machine that closed sorter front door. any idea guys? mybe theres an on/off for the sorter in the program, the problem guys i dont know what is the right simulation for this machine, i dont have any service manual..please sir help me...all your help would be appriciated and thnk you in advance...wait for all your reply guys...

Never worked on them but it appears from the manual you will need to change SP6-101 back to a value of "0". -
