Aficio 1018

Hello all,
I have 1 ricoh 1018 with network printer model D and always print config page when machine is turn on. I have tried to clr this thru web browser but its asking for password. The default password is not working. Seems it has been changed. How can I clr the current password? Its wasting paper cos here power is epileptic.

What password have you tried? I think SP7-810 resets the Key Operator code on these things, been a long time since I've seen one.

By default password, do you mean SYSADM? I can't remember if it was upper or lower case, I somehow think it was lower.

About resetting it - I am not sure.

The usual web logons are

Username - Admin or Administrator
Password - password or blank

Failing that you could try logging in with the supervisor account which I think from memory is just supervisor and password is blank
