    Ricoh Aficio MP4000

    Customer complained that when making a lot of copies the machine spontaneous went on making black copies.
    Checked and tested this and indeed it went black after about 25 copies. Strange, with less copies it works alright. Noticed that the copylamp is out after a large run ...?

    probably the copy lamp itself or . . . . ?
    someone ?

      Either the lamp or the lamp stabilizer.
