Machine administration is turned on. Log in with admin / no password to run ACC. If the admin password has been changed, log in as supervisor / no password to change it. If that's been changed too, do a search on the forum for password change. There's probably a few hundred threads covering the same topic.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Dont mean to hijack the thread, but i have the same problem. However I dont see a login option in the system settings as you would normally see to get in as supervisor or admin. Any suggestions?

Try logging in through the web image browser its easier. Or do a forced line position through the diagnostics

I'm not 100% shure but I think you can reset the password for the A3245 out of the service program since this machine doesn't use one of the more recent controller generations that can't be resettet that easily.

If you use the Factory login, you can change it.

OK - that would be the same as for the current models. I thought the A3245C is kind of "old enough" that you don't have to access via factory mode to see the SP.

if you cant log in using: admin & "blank" or supervisor & "blank" then your only have one option and that is to change the nvram!
p.s. dont forgot to upload the ram data before changing as this can cause even more issues!
