Fuser bushing for a Ricoh 250

So went to a call last week. Fuser bushing over heated and disintegrated.

Today my parts department tells me that the 250 fuser bushing (A2244173) is no longer available from Ricoh. Does any know of an alternative bearing or bushing that may fit? Will the 200 fuser bushing work?

Sigh, Customer is a pain in the ***, and has 4 of these machines and want them to all work and this is the first time I've seen this model. Any help will be appreciated.

This bearing is the same size, it has the collared edge. It's from the pressure roller on the MPC7500 AE03 0049. Cheaper too.
