    ozone filter 2035

    I have a customer that is very annoyed at the ozone smell that comes from the Ricoh 2035 copier on the longer runs. Is there anything that can be done? Haven't found a solution yet....

      Hi there!
      Normaly ozone is only produced (smelable) in machines with coronawires, in a 2035 there is no such a device.

          Maybe the customer is smelling the toner, or maybe the machine is just dirty. The 2035 is known for its toner dusting. Like Zeldaman says, the customer can't be smelling ozone.

              get them to change their paper... some paper after fusing can smell like ozone
