[Misc] AFICIO 2032 with Dutch Language only

Dear Seniors,
I have two ficio 2032 in field with dutch language in op panel.There is no other option available in user tools.I need to change/add the language to english as per client's requirement.Is there any easy way to update the oppanel's options or add english language only to the op panel.
I have one Aficio 2032 installed in field with english.Is it possible to upload the firware from that machine and download it in the units with Dutch.Please quote the description and name of of file to upload and download for the op panel like "B00xxxxxx)

You need a compatibel 4MB PCMCIA memory card and the "Memory Card Explorer" - Tool by Ricoh. The software support discontinued years ago so I can't tell if the software will work with recent windows versions. I would probably ask a ricoh dealer in your area if it's possible to prepare and loan a card.
