I had above trouble, smtp connection test is OK,Scan file status stated completed. They had 4 machines had same above symton after IT changed something on Servers, someone have ideas ?

Yeah, the SMTP server is receiving the email and not forwarding it to the recipient. Customer's IT problem all the way.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Agree 100%. I had this happen a few months back where the client's IT company had changed "something" in the email settings that blocked my original config. from being received on their server. I proved it by sending an email to myself, and to the owner on an email account outside their network, and it went through. I'm not sure what they changed, but it was definitely on their endComment

If your customers IT provider is using Exchange 2007 or 2010, then this document might help.
