[Electrical] trip on aficio 1035

hello guys,how i gonna solve when my machine keep on trip when i on my machine?i already check using multi tester to check is the terminal of fusing lamp got contact to the body but its not...what else should i check?

What is tripping? The mains trip switch or on the psu?

It's the main trip,i mean the whole office trip....

There has to be a dead short to earth from something connected to the low voltage power supply.

Have you checked for a pinch in the loom? Was this the original problem or did it occur after repairing another fault?

The machine is just fine because i got take another machine fusing same model it's ok,but when I put back it's own fusing unit back and then trip..

That's got to be a bared lamp wire touching something on the fuser frame.

Replace the fibre holder ( B004-4105 Thermostat Housing ) which secure the thermostat.
