PM indiator can be reset using service mode 7803. Comes on to tell you the machine should be serviced based on the amount of copies you have set in service mode 5501. If you do not know how to reset this you should get a manual or you can silply ignore it and it will just continue to flash like the clock on a VCR. I does not affect the way the machine operates but the machine should be cleaned and serviced.

hai guys,
pm service call cleared now working. again have one problem when i scan 3 or 4 A0 sheet massage will come memmory full
what is this how solve this problem some body can give any instructions pls waiting for replay

You can get a "Memory Full" message on email scanning once you reach the max attachment size. The default is 2mb. User Tools/ Scanner/ Send Settings.

If that's what it is, I'd also change the Divide & Send settings to "By Page". You'll get unreadable .dat files, if you leave it at "By Size".
