Hello guys and sorry for my bad english.
I've a Ricoh fx16 (samsung scx 4216f??) and the display says "Scanner Locked".
If I click the red button Delete / Stop, the CCD group moves up going to the extreme right of the scanner but it never comes back even if I turn off and turn on the machine.
The gears that move the CCD does not seem to be broken or frayed.
I have a feeling that some sensor or electronic card that is not working properly.
Do you have information about it?
