A1035 can't install IP address

I Have A1035 but I can't install IP address to set printer...anyone please guide me

Exactly how far do you get in the process? Do you get to the IP address windows and it won't accept input or something else?

I go to user tools,system setting and interface.when I push Ip address it dont let you to change anything

So is it set on "auto obtain" and there is no "change" or "specify" option? any other message displayed?

Please feel free to provide some extra details, it really does help... such as: was it working before? have you just installed the network board and are trying to configure it? If so, are you sure you have installed all necessary dimms, etc.
Are the lights on on the NIB?

You can always try to reset your System Settings by pressing # when you select System Settings. Maybe some network setting is causing it.

Is the Printer option showing in User Tools and if so, can you print out a configuration page? List everything you can relating to the history of this particular mfp.
