the copier works just fine but when we print a meter report or config page we get lines about a inch thick all the way down the paper . I know its something in the print controller but is there something I can do to fix it ?
Does copying present the same fault?
If not I'd advise pulling the ram from the controller and cleaning the contacts.
I've had a machine do something similar and that was the fix.
